Fes to Marrakech via Merzouga desert tour 3 days

Day 1: Fes – Ifran – Azrou – Midlet – Ziz Valley – Erfoud  – Merzouga.

Since our Marrakech Sahara Desert tour will start in Fes award Merzouga, our road will be through the Middle Atlas which connects Fes to the south of Morocco. Along our path we will reach into many cities and villages, its along distance from Fes to Merzouga about 461.80 km; however, we will across the Lion city or the Switzerland of Morroca “Ifran”, and not too far about 18.6 km to reach in Azrou where you may see the Barbarian Monkeys in the beautiful forest.

Next to the city we will reach into the capital city of Appel “Middelt”. Then we will across through the national road number 13 which connect between Errachidia and Erfoud (the capital of date in Morocco), not too far from Erfoud we will arrive in the Rissani (the Alaoite family origin and which known with the huge Souk practicing there. Last and not least we will start seeing the sand dunes which means that we are in the Sahara desert of Morocco so a few moment to arrive in Merzouga in where will rid the camel to discover the gorgeous sand dunes, and seeing the panoramic view of sunset also you will spend the night in one of the traditional berber camp in the middle of the Sahara sands with listening to the berber’s music which rely on the drums.

Day 2: Merzouga – Todra Gorges – Dades valley.

At the very beginning morning you will be ready to catch the wonderful view of sunrise on the top of the sand dunes, which will let you see the sands as real gold. After a short trip on by the camel we will prepare ourselves for leaving to Tinghir and Todra Gorges crossing some villages such us Tinejdad and Todra Valley, along the road and along the river before getting into Dades Valley we will have time to walk and catch the important traditional views in many stops of our tour. Spending night will be at one of the hotels in Dadas Gorges.

Day 3: Dades Valley – Rose Valley – Skoura – Ouarzazate – Ait Benhaddou – High Atlas  – Marrakech (End in Marrakech

Our today’s destination will starts from Dades Valley to Marrakech through the High Atlas Mountains road. Along the path you will see some of the most heritage cities in Morocco, we will across the Megona Valley which known with the big festival of rose, it’s wonderful to have the chance to see such place like this one. Moreover, we will see serval Kasbahs such as the Kasbahs of Skoura oasis.

After that we will get into Hollywood of Africa Ouarzazate which known with the famous Kasbah of Ait ben Haddou it’s a full heritage and very old building which attracts many tops producers of filming to record their works there specially the historical ones and which talk about the wars for instance: the session 3 for the famous sere Game of Thrones and many other big works around the world. Later we will leave to Marrakech through the Tizi N’Tichhka road our Marrakech Sahara Desert Tour will end in Marrakech.
